P49 Humanoid Labs
We teach humanoid robots the skills industry needs. In physical labs of up to 7,000 m², on real robots, with real engineers.

Their skills are not.
We build them.

Multi-vendor fleets
Every Humanoid Lab runs a mixed fleet of top-of-the-range robots from the world's leading manufacturers. Our R&D gives each platform more skills — and gives companies a fleet trained for their exact needs.
Top-of-the-range models from leading global manufacturers
Dexterity
Force control is a skill too. We teach robots to handle what is fragile — glass, food, surgical instruments — with the same precision they bring to heavy loads.
The method
01
Expert operators perform the task in VR and motion capture. The robot mirrors every movement — and every movement becomes data.
02
Our engineers turn demonstrations into robust skills, trained in simulation and refined on real hardware, thousands of times over.
03
Every skill is tested in a full-scale replica of the client's environment: same shelves, same parts, same light, same pace.
04
The validated skill ships to the client's fleet, with remote monitoring and continuous improvement from the lab.
Skill Library
36 skills across nine industries in the 2027 programme — and a custom skill service for everything else.
Every box, every shelf, every shift.
Precision that never gets tired.
First in. So people don't have to be.
Steady hands for the operating room.
Confined and hazardous spaces.
High voltage, zero exposure.
Comfortable at −25 °C.
Rooted in Verona, Italy.
The heaviest jobs on site.
Human Hole → Robot Hole
Sewers, tanks, silos, tunnels, high-voltage cabinets. Confined spaces are among the most dangerous places anyone can work. From 2027, the robot goes in first — and the person stays above ground, in control.
On the front line
Fire & Emergency
Hose handling, valve isolation and search in low-visibility environments, trained side by side with fire brigades.
Healthcare
Instrument handover, counting and sterile logistics, trained with surgical teams in a full operating-theatre replica.
Global network
Every Humanoid Lab is a training floor of 3,600 to 7,000 m² with multi-robot fleets, full-scale replica environments and a local engineering team — each one specialised in the industries of its region.

Impact
Automation doesn't have to leave people behind. The warehouse operator, the firefighter, the surgical nurse — their know-how is exactly what robots need. The P49H Academy turns that experience into new careers.

Teaches skills through demonstration and teleoperation.
Guides robots remotely through new or delicate tasks.
Turns demonstrations into training data and robot skills.
Runs mixed robot fleets on the client's floor.
Certifies that every skill is safe around people.
A skill learned in one lab is shared with the whole network overnight. Every robot gets better, everywhere.
For robot makers
We are the R&D lab of the humanoid ecosystem. Robot makers bring their platforms to our floors to gain as many skills as possible on their devices; companies bring their needs, and we adapt existing robots to them. Data and training programmes are shared, and every skill flows back into the platforms.

Open platforms and shared datasets, developed together with manufacturers and industrial partners.

EDU robots for universities, research centres and reskilling programmes — the shortest path from lab to curriculum.

Prototypes not yet public, tested in restricted bays under NDA, with access limited to the maker's team and ours.

Pre-certification
We test robots and skills against the requirements of the EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, ISO 10218, ISO 13482 and ISO/TS 15066, and help makers prepare their technical documentation. Final certification is issued by notified bodies — we get you there faster, with industrial skills already validated.
Hardware-agnostic by design. Our skill pipeline transfers across humanoid platforms, so clients keep their freedom of choice.
