Robot Learning EngineerAI & Learning

Turn human demonstrations into robust robot skills that work on real hardware.

What you'll do

  • Train manipulation and whole-body policies with imitation and reinforcement learning
  • Fine-tune vision-language-action models on our multi-robot datasets
  • Close the sim-to-real gap with domain randomisation and real-world evaluation
  • Ship validated skills to client fleets with measurable success rates

What you bring

  • MSc or PhD in machine learning, robotics or a related field
  • Hands-on experience training policies on physical robots
  • Strong Python and PyTorch; at ease with large-scale training
  • Publications or open-source work in robot learning are a plus
Teleoperation & Motion Capture EngineerData

Build the systems that let experts teach robots by showing them.

What you'll do

  • Design VR and motion-capture teleoperation rigs for humanoids and dexterous hands
  • Retarget human motion to robots with different kinematics
  • Scale high-quality demonstration collection across our labs
  • Work every day with operators, firefighters, surgeons and technicians

What you bring

  • Experience with VR, motion capture or haptic interfaces
  • Solid knowledge of kinematics and real-time control
  • C++ and Python; experience with ROS 2
  • An obsession with data quality and latency
Simulation & Digital Twin EngineerSimulation

Recreate our clients' environments in simulation, so robots can practise them thousands of times.

What you'll do

  • Build high-fidelity digital twins of warehouses, plants and operating theatres
  • Develop physically accurate assets, sensors and contacts in Isaac Sim and MuJoCo
  • Generate synthetic data and automated test scenarios
  • Keep every simulation aligned with our full-scale physical replicas

What you bring

  • Strong experience with Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo or similar
  • 3D, USD and physics engines; GPU-accelerated workflows
  • Python and C++
  • An eye for realism and measurable fidelity
Robotics Software EngineerPlatforms

Make every robot in our multi-vendor fleets speak the same language.

What you'll do

  • Integrate humanoids, wheeled manipulators and quadrupeds from different manufacturers
  • Build hardware abstraction, whole-body control and real-time pipelines
  • Own deployment tooling, monitoring and over-the-air skill updates
  • Debug on real hardware, side by side with our lab teams

What you bring

  • 5+ years in robotics software; ROS 2 and real-time Linux
  • Modern C++ and Python
  • Experience with legged robots or mobile manipulators
  • Rigorous testing and a production mindset
Perception EngineerPerception

Give robots the sight and touch they need to work among people.

What you'll do

  • Develop 3D perception, pose estimation and grasp detection
  • Fuse vision, depth, force and tactile sensing
  • Build perception that holds up in smoke, frost and low light
  • Benchmark models on real tasks across our labs

What you bring

  • Deep experience in computer vision and 3D geometry
  • Deep learning for detection, segmentation or pose estimation
  • Python, C++ and CUDA
  • Experience with deployed robotic systems
Functional Safety & Certification EngineerSafety

Get robots and skills ready for the market and for the factory floor.

What you'll do

  • Run risk assessments for humanoids working close to people
  • Test against the EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, ISO 10218, ISO 13482 and ISO/TS 15066
  • Help manufacturers prepare technical documentation for notified bodies
  • Define the safety requirements of every skill we ship

What you bring

  • A background in functional safety (ISO 13849, IEC 62061) or machinery certification
  • Experience with collaborative or mobile robots
  • Precise, structured and pragmatic
  • Fluent English; other languages are a plus
Robot Data Platform EngineerData

Build the data backbone that connects every robot and every lab.

What you'll do

  • Design pipelines for petabytes of multimodal robot data
  • Build tools for curation, labelling and dataset versioning
  • Run fleet telemetry and training infrastructure at scale
  • Share datasets securely with manufacturers and partners

What you bring

  • Experience with large-scale data systems and cloud infrastructure
  • Python, SQL and distributed processing (Spark, Ray or similar)
  • Experience with time-series, video or sensor data
  • Security and privacy by design
Field Deployment EngineerDeployment

Take skills from our labs to our clients' floors, and make them work from day one.

What you'll do

  • Lead on-site integration of robot fleets at client facilities
  • Adapt and validate skills in each client's real environment
  • Train client teams to supervise and maintain their fleets
  • Bring field feedback back into our R&D

What you bring

  • Experience commissioning robots or automation in industry
  • Hands-on with hardware, networks and safety systems
  • A clear communicator with clients and engineers alike
  • Willing to travel across our regions
